The problem
An AI capability becomes a usable product only when onboarding, identity, subscriptions, data, interfaces, and support work as a coherent application.
What I built
Designed and built the web and mobile experience, camera-based question input, model integration, and speech output. The web stack combines Next.js, Prisma and PostgreSQL with Clerk authentication and Stripe payments. The mobile application uses Expo and React Native with subscription integration and error monitoring. I own product decisions, development, deployment, and ongoing operation.
The result
Launched a SaaS product that continues to generate revenue. The public web experience and Android app demonstrate a product I own from initial design through continued commercial operation.
